The Last Installment

I started this 3-part challenge in April, with only an 8-hour eating window. In May I brought it down to 7 hours. Now, we are coming to the end of the installment with my report on fasting in a 6 hour window.

Again, I am not a medical health professional. This is something I personally looked up on the interwebs and tried. You should consult a physician if you have questions about this, your health, or trying it out.

My BMI is still under the Overweight category. Which is honestly bullshit. BMI’s are stupid. I just like knowing the number
Body Fat is under the “Acceptable” category. Sounds better than the BMI listing, and still not the end-all-be-all. But a better way to measure, and again, I like knowing the number.

Past Challenges

If you’ve been keeping up with the challenges, here’s an update on how I’ve kept up with them since they ended.

I drink about 3 liters of water each day, comfortably. I still have to pee a lot.

I’ll have around 1 soda each week. And I almost always immediately regret my decision. It never tastes as good as I think it will.

And I’ll use coconut oil in my tea and smoothies when I remember to. Out of sight out of mind kind of situation, there.

  • Join a nearby yoga studio/gym with yoga classes, or find a good youtube channel and do it at home.
  • Find some friends to join, talk if you’re allowed to keep from being bored! Not a problem for everyone, just those with anxious minds.
